Rumor: New Apple TV hardware at March 23 event

Apple's next event will take place on March 23, 2021, according to two leakers. One of them is claiming that upgraded Apple TV hardware will be launched.

China's "Kang" and Jon Prosser are both claiming that Apple's next event will be held on March 23, and Prosser cited a reliable source for saying that upgraded Apple TV, AirTags, iPad Pro, and AirPods are ready.

Apple TV was last upgraded with Apple TV 4K in September 2017, more than 3 years ago. Bloomberg's reliable Mark Gurman has previously reported that the company was planning to launch upgraded Apple TV hardware in 2021. So what can we expect from an upgraded Apple TV? Some have suggested that it will feature an "A14X-like" SoC while others have said that it will feature the A12X/Z SoC.
