Silicon Labs’ EFR32FG SoC integrates an energy-efficient microcontroller (MCU) and a highly integrated wireless transceiver supporting Sub-GHz proprietary wireless protocols into Tuya Smart’s SS3L module. The SoC features 20dBm output power and low receive sensitivity for long-distance communication, while its 1.3µA deep-sleep mode power provides excellent energy efficiency.
